Sunflower Microgreen Herbal Tea

Ingredients (Serves 1):
1 teaspoon dried sunflower microgreens
1 teaspoon dried rooibos tea (a South African staple)
1 cup boiling water
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions:
Place dried sunflower microgreens and rooibos in a teapot or cup.
Pour boiling water over the mixture and let steep for 5-7 minutes.
Strain (if using loose microgreens) and add honey if desired.
Sip warm.
