Storing Microgreens

Place your microgreen into a sealable plastic bag/container with folder piece of kitchen towel to absorb any extra moisture and store it in the refrigerator. Rinse before use only (do not refrigerate after rinsing).

You can vacuum seal them for better longevity.


Never store them in a metal container or close to very cold items, as the cold transfer will damage the microgreens.
